Position Highlights

• Outpatient primary care focused on seniors (Medicare/Medicare Advantage)

• Small patient panels (near 10-15 patients per day) allowing for longer, more intentional visits

• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness

• Fully supported by care coordination, analytics, pharmacy, and clinical teams

• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with a dedicated lunch hour

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO, Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Active or eligible Florida medical license

• Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience or interest in senior care highly valued

• Strong communicator and team player, invested in preventive medicine

• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care
