About the Company:
We are pleased to share an opportunity for an expert Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of nursing and delivery of high quality and cost-effective care to all patients utilizing the services of the Hospital Cardiovascular and Hybrid OR. Assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operational activity.
About the Role: Nurse Manager – CVOR
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of nursing.
- Delivery of high quality and cost-effective care to all patients utilizing the services of the Hospital Cardiovascular and Hybrid OR.
- Assuming 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operational activity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN required, Master’s Degree required (nursing, healthcare, or business management preferred).
- Five years of appropriate clinical and leadership experience.
- Current RN licensure in the State of DE.
- Cardiovascular Operating Room experience required.
- Participation in professional nursing activities.
- Current approved specialty certification required, CNOR preferred.
- BLS required.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Ability to deliver high quality and cost-effective care.
- CNOR certification.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s Degree in nursing, healthcare, or business management.
Pay range and compensation package:
Base Salary Range: $135,000 to $193,890 per annum
