Practice Overview

• Daily staffing: 8 CRNAs and 3 Anesthesiologists
• Case mix includes Orthopedics, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Healthy Pediatrics, GYN, and Podiatry
• EMR: Meditech

Compensation Options

W2 Position

• 280,000 salary for 8-hour day shifts
• Overtime after 8 hours at 175/hour
• 6 weeks of vacation
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life and AD&D insurance
• 401(k) with profit sharing
• 3,000 annual CME allowance
• Medical malpractice coverage with 1M/3M limits, including tail coverage

1099 Position

• 175/hour (approximately 325,500 annually based on 46 weeks)
• Medical malpractice with tail coverage

PRN Opportunity

• 180/hour
