TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in Mission Hills, California.

Requirements:
2+ years Acute Care Hospital Case Manager experience (REQUIRED)
Must have hands-on experience with care coordination & discharge planning
Active California RN License (pending accepted, must be active at start)
Travel experience required (1st time travelers may be considered)
Experience with HMOs, IPAs, and utilization review preferred
Strong knowledge of community resources, behavioral health, and social determinants of health
