- Schedule: Part-Time | 2 Days per Week (Tuesday & Wednesday Required)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Setting: On-Site with Occasional Community-Based Responsibilities
- This position plays a key role in helping seniors remain independent and supported in their homes and communities. The RN will focus on improving quality of life for the elderly population through comprehensive assessments, care coordination, and patient-centered education.
