Finance and Insurance Manager- F&I Manager

Job Description:

- Automotive Finance Managers help our customers arrange the purchases, and also
present them with additional products and enhance their vehicle ownership experience
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficiency with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Automotive Finance Managers accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit
decisions and effectively closes deals.
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audits all their deals post sale
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in Finance management or F&I is required
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional experience
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
-Valid U.S. drivers license
