Job Description
For over 30 years, Sentinel Offender Services has provided community based, offender-funded monitoring services across North America. Working with law enforcement, community corrections agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing and community-based offender management programs.
The Case Manager position works inside the County Jail installing electronic monitoring equipment on inmates that are released through the County’s Electronic Monitoring program.
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $27.00/hr

Position Responsibilities:
- Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment as requested using directed safety precautions.
- Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
- Keep accurate records of installations.
- Inspect and maintain all monitoring and testing equipment, this includes cleaning equipment.
- Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
- Telephone calls to participants when needed
- Shipping and receiving functions for equipment and supplies per established procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between Sentinel and contracted agency
- May perform field service calls when needed
Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent; experience accepted
- Background check and Drug Test
- Bi-Lingual preferred
Knowledge + Skills + Abilities
- Professional communication skills to communicate with members of the Department, Judges, employees, and program participants.
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office applications and other windows based programs.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed information.
- Ability to prepare written reports and maintain accurate records. Strong presentation and persuasive skills
