As a Residential Construction Carpenter, you'll oversee field production, ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality and is completed safely and on schedule. This role combines craftsmanship with leadership, you'll swing a hammer, guide a small team, and serve as the eyes and ears of the job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projects
• Execute both rough and finish carpentry with top-tier quality and efficiency
• Interpret project plans and communicate scope changes to the team
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and protection from the elements
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and company leadership
• Prepare material lists and notify the team of special order items
• Represent with professionalism on every site
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for quality, timelines, and conduct

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a small crew
• Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must own standard hand tools and a drill set

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary of $22 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Paid time off
