We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager / Marketing CSR to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, customer service, and creative marketing. Youll support daily operations, assist management, and help elevate our brand through smart, engaging customer communication.

Responsibilities


Assistant Manager Duties:

• Support daily business operations and coordinate with management
• Assist with scheduling, team communication, and workflow oversight
• Help ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service delivery
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback to management

Marketing & CSR Duties:

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Monitor marketing content across our social media platforms.
• Maintain marketing calendar for services, specials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
• Assist with online reviews, reputation management, and customer follow-ups
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Hvac/Plumbing work experience a plus
• Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software (Service Titan Preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, office support, or management preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing or social media management
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
