The Opportunity As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside experienced Plant Engineers ensuring smooth operation of fully-automated production equipment. This role offers a unique advancement structure: Mechanic Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3, with clearly defined technical milestones and substantial pay increases at each tier. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will directly impact production efficiency while you build expertise on specialized industrial systems.

What You'll Do • Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated production lines • Collaborate on preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability • Diagnose complex industrial systems including PLCs, drives, and automated controls • Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance on specialized manufacturing equipment • Work within safety protocols including GFSI, GMPs, and HARPC compliance • Partner with plant engineers to implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments • Strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience with automated production equipment and PLC-controlled systems • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in food manufacturing or highly regulated industries • Background with Siemens automated equipment • Forklift and scissor lift certifications
