Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Aircraft Structural Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and replace aircraft structural components, including wings, fuselage, and tail sections.
• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft structures and systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment to assess structural integrity.
• Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications to carry out repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and other mechanics to address complex structural issues.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proven experience as an aircraft structural mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
