Qualifications

• * Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about coffee and doughnuts
• * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• * Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• * Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• * Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude
• * At least eighteen (18) years of age or older
• * Must have availability to assist with store opening (5am) when needed.
• * Must have reliable transportation.
• * Previous Cafe / Restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• * Team Members are responsible for learning our recipes so that they can successfully serve up our delicious, from scratch gourmet doughnuts, toasts, sandwiches and lattes.
• * They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy
• * The successful Team Member will be passionate about our brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
• * Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• * Performs opening and/or closing duties
• * Performs store checklist tasks
• * Shows up on time and ready to work
