TEAM MEMBER/ SHIFT LEAD

Qualifications

• * Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about coffee, doughnuts, and just the overall cafe vibe!
• * Be able to learn things quick, memorize all the recipes and steps of making individual food/drinks.
• * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• * Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests or solve the problems.
• * Ability to enthusiastically communicate with guests and team members and carry a “guest comes first” attitude.
• * At least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• * Be able to work independently.
• * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• * Must have flexibility with opening (5am) and weekend availability.
• * Must have prior Cafe or Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• * Team Members/Shift Lead are responsible for learning our recipes so that they can successfully serve up our delicious, from scratch gourmet doughnuts, toasts, sandwiches and lattes.
• * Shows up on time and ready to work.
• * Follow the recipe to make the dough of the doughnuts, glaze the doughnuts.
• * Follow the recipes to make the drinks accurately in a timely manner.
• * Follow the steps to make our sandwiches and toasts in a timely manner.
• * Team Members are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policies.
• * A successful Team lead will be passionate about our brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
• * Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• * Performs opening and/or closing duties
• * Performs store checklist tasks
