Maintenance Technician II - Full-time

Title:  Maintenance Technician II 

Qualifications: 

1. Skilled carpenter and/or years of experience. 
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent

Reports To: 

Director of Buildings and Grounds

Job Duties/ Responsibilities: 

1. Work on all maintenance requests which Includes: plumbing, repair, also doors & door locks, windows, door closures, windows, floor tiles, water coolers, also some electrical work. 
2. Mowing, trimming tree limbs, picking up trash. 
3. Pick up supplies and parts in neighboring counties. 
4. Work with Specialized Maintenance/HVAC with service and maintenance on all units 

in the school system. 

1. Assists with electrical repairs and Installation of receptacles, coolers, motors or pumps in furnace room & cooling tower. Also change all filters at the BCHS, VO-Ag, Board Office & Annex and part of OES. 
2. On the call list for the fire alarm system at BCHS, VO-Ag, OES & live on 

grounds 

1. Responsible for locking up & security 
2. Any other duty or responsibility assigned by Supervisor or Superintendent. 

Terms of Service: 

240 Days. Salary schedule set by Board of Education.
