SUMMER LABORER (Alma, WI)

Hourly Wage $18.00 | Anticipated start date of May 2026

This position will provide seasonal help at Alma facilities.

The Impact You Will Make in This Role:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  
1.    Cut weeds and mow grass.
2.    Paint inside and outside of buildings and equipment.
3.    Clean buildings and equipment; wash windows.

Your Experience and Expertise:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED.  Enrolled in vo-tech or university.

Skills: Must be able to wear a respirator.

Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands: Operate riding and push lawn mower, weed trimmer, hedge trimmer.  Manipulate ladders and small hand tools.  Lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally 75 lbs.  Position requires sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, squatting, twisting upper body, climbing hand-over-hand, bending, reaching, stretching, and grasping with both hands. Moderate supervision.

Environmental Demands: Works indoors and outdoors, sometimes in extreme heat and temperature swings.  Frequently works around extreme noise and occasionally near mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards, fume/odors, and dust.

Must be at least 18 years old
