Building Systems Engineer - 2025-2026 - Full-time

Summary of Duties:

Performs difficult skilled maintenance work in one or more of the following trades:  electrical, heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, welding, grounds maintenance, or other general maintenance repairs.  Assists the Facilities Manager in managing multiple facilities programs and systems, including the building security, and environmental control systems.  Assists in the management of assigned building construction and renovation projects utilizing in-house resources and contracted services.

Assumes work supervision over other Facilities Management Department personnel in the absence of the Facilities Manager

and the Lead Maintenance Technician.

Qualifications: 
Applicant must possess a combination of training and experience demonstrating ability to effectively perform essential job functions.  Ability to work in various weather conditions and willingness to work variable work schedules is required. 
 

Salary: 

Range for the 2025-2026 school year is $25.00 to $38.50 per hour.
