Job Title: Lead Supervisor, Dining
Reports To: Director of Food and Beverage
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, $20 to $22 per hour
Preferred Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12pm – 8 pm
Summary
Glenmeadow seeks a lead supervisor to oversee our daily dining operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, efficient staffing, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This hands-on leadership role combines staff supervision, service oversight, and operational coordination to support a high-quality hospitality experience. The ideal candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, schedule, and train servers to ensure consistent, professional service.
• Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and alcohol service regulations.
• Support community events and special functions in partnership with the Food & Beverage team and other Glenmeadow departments.
• Partner with Assistant Director to create Standard Operating Procedures for the Food & Beverage Department .
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and cost control.
• Manage resident and guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Support dining leadership team with financial planning for department.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture.
• All duties as assigned by dining department.

Experience and Education
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, dining, or beverage service (or equivalent).
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
• Hands-on bartending experience preferred.
This position requires the handling and service of alcohol; therefore, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete a background screening.
