Carolina QuickCare is North Carolina’s fastest‑growing urgent‑care brand. With more than 20 clinics across the state and part of a network of 40+ urgent care clinics across multiple states, we’re seeking motivated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are comfortable practicing with a high level of autonomy and want to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care

Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care

Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe appropriate medications and provide patient education

Document encounters accurately in the EMR

Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction

Schedule 

Full-time (3 shifts per week; clinic hours vary by day)

Rotating weekends

No on-call requirements

Hourly pay: $55–$75/hour (≈ $103K–$140K/year), depending on experience and clinic location.

Qualifications 

Licensed FNP-C or PA-C in North Carolina

Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications

1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred

DOT certification a plus

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills

Required: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
