Community makes us all stronger. As a Community Living Specialist with Easterseals, you'll work alongside people with disabilities to help them thrive in their homes and their community.

The Community Living Specialist provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

 

Qualifications for this role include:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Driver's License and Insurance required.

Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities preferred.

Must have basic computer skills and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.
