Position: Caregiver -399R

Starting Wage: $24.00/Hour

Schedule: Sundays, 9am-1pm

Location: Lebanon Or.

Experience: Highly Experienced

I like to keep busy with activities that make me happy, like listening to music, singing, sensory activities, swinging, spinning, splashing in the water, and watching my favorite videos. I do best when I have a steady routine and a caregiver who understands how I communicate and what helps me feel safe. I need someone who can match my energy, provide physical support when needed, and stay calm, patient, and consistent, especially in situations that can get challenging. A caregiver who "gets me," follows my schedule, and helps keep me safe—both in the car and out in the community—is the best fit for me.

Sometimes I need extra support with personal care and reminders to stay on track, but when I feel supported, I can thrive and fully engage in activities. I do best with a caregiver who has experience supporting individuals with higher needs and physical challenges and who can help me stay engaged, safe, and included in everything I do.”

🌻 Who We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
• Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift

• Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
• Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
• Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
• Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
