Loan Closer - Business/Ag

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Loan Closer to work in our Baxter location. This position must provide professional loan closing documents, specifically for commercial and agriculture loan closings. This position performs many other centralized functions as directed.

Job Duties:

• Prepare commercial/ag documents in loan documentation system as requested by lender
• Provide accurate and organized closing and/or other documents to the lender using the preferred delivery method
• Prepare government monitoring information accurately and timely for internal reporting
• Administer various lending software programs, as assigned
• Provide lending software and website application support to lenders
• Maintain and submit accurate and timely reports to various internal and external recipients

Required Skills:

• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a limited amount of time
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with banking background
• Team player

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of various software programs used for closing
• Previous experience in a similar role or loan administrative role is preferred, but not required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary range for this role is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
