As a Process Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA, you will have responsibility for laser processes used for fabrication of various microelectronic circuits in the Anritsu fab.

Key Responsibilities include:

• CO2 laser drilling of ceramic substrates and resistor trimming
• Work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth flow of production work orders and report issues that may affect the performance of process equipment or production processes.
• Communicate and work as part of a team to improve work flow in the fab processes and participate in various continuous improvement plans.
• This position will be reporting to the Fab Operations and Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill.

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years of experience with microfabrication is desired.
• Working knowledge of laser micromachining and hands-on experience is a plus.

• Team player and ability to work well with other personnel in the fab.

The hourly salary range for this position is $20/hr - $30/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
