What You'll Do
As our Equipment Shop Mechanic, you'll play a key role in supporting field operations by:
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and completing repairs quickly to keep our equipment moving.
- Performing scheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Logging accurate electronic work orders each day.
- Working safely and efficiently while following company safety procedures, participating in job hazard reviews, and contributing to morning safety meetings.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong troubleshooting ability and confidence reading hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Solid attention to detail.
- A personal set of tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills for using diagnostic programs, reviewing digital manuals, and submitting work orders and time entries.
Experience That Stands Out
- 0-3 years of experience in equipment repair or maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with small tools and equipment-light towers, air compressors, pumps, welders, and more-is a plus.
- OEM, dealer, or military technical training is also a bonus.

Safety
This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
