$16.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in IT support, including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems, hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to evolving technology needs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for travel between locations).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Provide front-line technical support for staff and students across the district.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure systems, applications, and devices.
- Respond to and document help desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner using district ticketing systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine system updates.
- Maintain and secure assigned areas, including locking/unlocking doors and setting alarms.
- Travel to district locations as needed to provide on-site support.
- Lift and move equipment weighing up to 65 lbs.
- Wear district-approved uniform during all shifts (shirts provided; employee supplies khaki or black pants and slip-resistant shoes).
- Work overtime as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
