  • Deliver high-quality designs and strong art direction across a variety of customer-facing touchpoints
  • Apply a data-driven mindset to understand customer behavior and ensure creative work delivers measurable results
  • Present creative ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners
  • Ideate across multiple mediums, including film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Navigate creative review processes and incorporate feedback from legal and communications partners

As an Applicant, You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative team
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and entertainment industries
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling, interactive stories
  • Deep interest in innovation and emerging technology
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring campaign impact
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design excellence, and interactive or digital advertising work that solves customer and business problems
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative working style
  • Highly skilled in craft with the ability to own projects end-to-end
