DUTIES:

Works as a member of the Scenario Development Branch (SDB) with duties in the Battle Simulation Center (BSC).

Position reports directly to the Branch Chief, SDB.

Responsible for supporting ten (10), US Army Brigade Combat Team (BCT) rotational training exercises annually.

Rotational training exercises are approximately 14 to 21 days in length.

Typical duties and responsibilities: replicates the Commander of a simulated US Army Combat Aviation Brigade; conducts close coordination with the Commander Operations Group (COG), Task Force Aviation Senior OCT, Plans and Exercise Maneuver Control (P/EMC) Chief (Z06), and Operations Planners (Z01/Z03) to synchronize and replicate the operations of the simulated US Army CAB assigned to 21 ABN Division in-support-of (ISO) JTF-21 operations; develop simulated US Army CAB scenario deliverables 21 ABN or JTF-21 battle rhythm events (Commander’s Updates (CUB), Commander’s Targeting Synchronization Brief (CTSB), Operation Sync (OPSYNC), Division Orders Brief, etc.).
