Remote IBM FileNet/Datacap Developer

We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet/Datacap Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of intelligent document capture solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for building robust systems using IBM Datacap and AWS Textract technologies. PAY RATE: $52.00 -$54.00

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document capture and data extraction.

• Design IBM Datacap and AWS Textract solutions for classification, data extraction, and automation.

• Develop and customize application flows using IBM Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, and related tools.

• Configure document recognition and extraction rules leveraging intelligent capture features.

• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems such as ECM, ERP, and line-of-business platforms.

• Build custom scripts and plugins to enhance IBM Datacap capabilities.

• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure solution reliability.

• Partner with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.

• Proven experience with IBM DataCap Studio and AWS Textract

• Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet and content management systems

• Familiarity with ERP system integrations

• Agile delivery experience

• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
