Job Title: Caregiver / Resident Assistant (PT/FT) 
Location: Edina, MN (residential care homes)
Pay: $17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Shifts: Morning, Evening, Overnight; every other weekend

About the role
English Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Lead or join in daily engagement activities
• Partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care

Team support
When a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio. Caregivers always have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred
• Dementia care experience preferred (training provided)
• Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
• Preferred: household/cooking skills; valid driver’s license
