Job Title: Member Services Vacation Consultant Level 1 (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

Job Summary:
The Member Services Vacation Consultant Level 1 will report to the Member Services Supervisor. The Employee will answer owner inbound calls and answer a multitude of different questions pertaining to the Exploria suite of resorts, as well as, our travel club. The ideal candidate will have superior customer services skills, ability to interact with guests, as well as fellow employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Treat Members/Owners with an outstanding level of customer service, care and courtesy
- Assist Members/Owners with reservations, payments, benefits and all other ownership related queries
- Provide services to the account as requested by Member/Owner
- Strive to provide one call servicing when possible
- Effectively identify and express guest related issues
- Research, resolve and ensure proper support documentation as required on all Member contacts and process any necessary follow-up to facilitate requests
- Explain program elements and how to use the program effectively
- Facilitate account updates to include name, address, email and phone
- Ensure your knowledge of systems and products is up to date, requesting refresher training as required
- Achieve personal and team KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly
- Maximize sales opportunities at all times, offering corporately beneficial products
- Accessing and input of data in a variety of computer systems
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Contact Center experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
- Well versed in proper etiquette and telephone protocol
- Communicate effectively verbally and written
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Possess good problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Time Management skills required
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
