Laboratory Technician

Virginia IVF, a busy and successful reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a per diem, weekend Laboratory Technician to join our Andrology and Endocrine Lab team. We pride ourselves on teamwork, quality patient care, and creating a warm and supportive environment for our patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (BS)

• Close attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong collaboration and team mindset

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Primary Responsibilities:

• Running hormone tests on lab equipment

• Maintaining QC/QA for hormone testing

• Performing semen analysis and sperm washes

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities:

• Verifying patient photo IDs

• Entering results into computer systems

• Collaborating with other team members to support lab operations

We provide training for the right candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and works well in a team. 

Schedule & Compensation:

• Weekend rotation only (4–8 hours per shift)

• Competitive hourly rate: $20–$25 per hour
