What you’ll do:

  • Process incoming vendor invoices & reconcile vendor statements.
  • Ensure that invoices are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Communicate with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues.
  • Ensure imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparation of journal entry support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
  • Great communication and math skills.
  • Ability to work with others and deal effectively with vendors and operations to answer questions and provide information.
  • ERP and Microsoft Office experience, intermediate Excel skills & NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working independently and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
  • Regular dependable attendance.
