Department: Corporate Office / Call Center Support
Schedule: Monday�Friday, 8:00 AM�5:00 PM
Compensation: $16/hour
Benefits: Not eligible (temporary role)

About the Role

Capital Vacations is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to support our Corporate Office and Call Center operations. This is a temporary position, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, based on business needs.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and incoming calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring they are guided to the correct area or team member.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing, sorting, and preparing packages for delivery.

  • Support general administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing documents, updating internal lists, and maintaining front desk organization.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Corporate and Call Center teams as needed.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Must be able to work Monday�Friday, 8:00 AM�5:00 PM.

  • Must be able to work on-site at 310 Hinson Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC.

Compensation & Details

  • $16 per hour

  • Temporary position (expected duration: several weeks to several months)
