Schedule: Monday�Friday, 8:00 AM�5:00 PM
Compensation: $16/hour
Benefits: Not eligible (temporary role)
About the Role
Capital Vacations is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to support our Corporate Office and Call Center operations. This is a temporary position, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, based on business needs.
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and incoming calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring they are guided to the correct area or team member.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing, sorting, and preparing packages for delivery.

Support general administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing documents, updating internal lists, and maintaining front desk organization.

Provide day-to-day support to the Corporate and Call Center teams as needed.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Requirements

Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Must be able to work Monday�Friday, 8:00 AM�5:00 PM.
