Handyman - Part-time

We are looking for a part-time Handyman to perform a variety of general repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or alongside our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including drywall patching, painting, carpentry.

• Assist with property maintenance tasks such as fixture installation, caulking, door/lock repairs, and basic troubleshooting.

• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.

• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with clients and office staff.

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of general repair techniques.

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Basic set of tools preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
