Job Description: Home Health Caregiver

LaJoy Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Caregivers. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accurately document care provided through an app in accordance with SOM/Agency policies and procedures
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

• Smart phone/Device (must be able to download app to complete EVV compliance)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks as required
• Strong communication
