The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Floor Associate to help create a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused environment in our stores. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, stock and organize merchandise, and ensure our sales floor is always clean, safe, and fully stocked.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers promptly with a positive, can-do attitude

• Provide outstanding customer service and product information

• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise on shelves and racks

• Keep sales floor, dressing rooms, and common areas clean and organized

• Remove hangers and maintain cash wrap area cleanliness

• Assist with floor recovery and general cleaning tasks as assigned

• Meet production goals: 1 cart of hard goods every 15 minutes and 1 full rack of textiles every 30 minutes

• Follow Goodwill’s guiding principles, including greeting every donor and shopper within 10 seconds

• Ensure all donations are processed within 24 hours and merchandise is fresh and full

• Adhere to all safety and company policies and report hazards to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, communicate clearly, and perform basic math

• Basic computer skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion tasks
