Accounting Clerk

Job Details

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enter all credit card receipts, ensure proper General Ledger coding, documentation and approvals are received.
• Reconcile credit card statements, research, and correct discrepancies, other accounting tasks provided to you by the controller.
• Ability to multi-task and ensure time management of projects and priorities.
• Assists department with monthly closing responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks knowledge
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in data entry
• Detail oriented

Work Schedule/Location:

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm
• Corporate Office - Arlington, TX 

Salary: 18 - $20 (Based on experience)

Physical setting:

• Corporate Office

Experience Preferred:

• 1 year of Minimum Experience with Excel, Quickbooks, Data Entry. 
• Accounts payable
• Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks
