Line Cook and Shucker - Full-time / Part-time

Description

We are looking to hire BOH positions: Oyster Shuckers and Line Cooks to work at our Queen Anne Oyster Bar location! Come work in one of Seattle's favorite neighborhoods. Just steps from the Climate Pledge Arena, the Seattle Rep Theater and the Pacific Northwest Ballet.

Cooks work in an open kitchen and are encouraged to interact with guests and have fun! A positive attitude and a tidy workspace are imperative. We value hard work, efficiency, and a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in an upscale and fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with the ability to pick up shifts
• Great attitude- team oriented, fun, passionate, about food and hospitality
• High volume, line cook experience
• Passionate about food, specifically shellfish
