As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, acting as a liaison, providing product and service information, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to every interaction. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting their insurance needs with accuracy and care. Your Impact:

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

  • Assist customers with policy details, claims inquiries, and billing or premium-related questions

  • Review policy coverage to determine eligibility and respond appropriately

  • Compare policy information and clarify misunderstandings to ensure accurate communication

  • Provide information on insurance products, process coverage requests, and manage account cancellations

  • Support customers with complaint resolution while maintaining a high level of service

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
