Family Support Services Coordinator - Part time
This position is a part time grant position for 27 hours /week
Pay range: $31.25 - $32.21/hr depending on relevant experience

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required in the following areas: Social Work, Education, Psychology, Counseling or equivalent.
- Certifications held in areas of Sexuality, Relationship counseling preferred.
- Experience in building and delivering presentations to small and large groups are strongly preferred.
- Computer Skills: Word processing, e-mail and database software, apple and google suite programs required.
- Microsoft powerpoint, excel skills preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
As a Social and Sexuality Educator
- Develop and present curriculum pertaining to social relationships and sexuality for family members falling under FSS eligibility
- Develop and present curriculum pertaining to social relationships and sexuality for individuals who meet FSS eligibility
- Provide 1 on 1 and/or couples counseling as needed in regards to topics pertaining to social relationships and sexuality
- Provide support and oversight for both Men’s and Women’s Group within the Social and Sexuality program
- Completes advertising and recruitment for programs including maintaining program waiting lists
As a Family Network Coordinator
- Develop and present curriculum pertaining to family social and support programs and services falling under FSS eligibility
- Provide 1 on 1 counseling as needed in regards to topics pertaining to family support concerns
- Provide support and oversight for family groups within the Family Network program
- Completes advertising and recruitment for programs including maintaining program waiting lists
- Remains current in agency and program-related training, communicates with other agencies, family members and other departments as needed.

A valid New York State Driver’s License; ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
