Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: 4141 N S. Herrera Way, Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $65–$68/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00–3:30 or 8:30–4:30

We are seeking an experienced DON to lead our nursing team and ensure excellent patient care. You’ll oversee operations, compliance, and staff development in a supportive environment.

Requirements/Compliance:

RN License (AZ)
Resume, Level 1 Fingerprint, OIG/SAM Clearance
CPR/BLS, 2-Step TB, License/Certification
Hepatitis B & COVID vaccination or declination
