Millennium Physicians is seeking a Front Office Associate with at least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare front desk role, preferably in Primary Care, to join our dynamic medical team in Naples, FL.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a quick learner, and brings a team-first attitude to everything they do.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
• Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• A warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
