At least 2 years of industry experience required.
Help instructor conduct training related to welding skills and practices for adult students two evenings a week at a Tulsa Tech Lemley campus location.
May be needed to assist in one or more of the following specialties: pipe welding, gas metal arc welding, flux cored arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, SMAW.

Essential Job Functions for all ACD Instructors:

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter.
Help effectively manage the classroom to create an optimal learning environment.
Help maintain up-to-date records of student attendance.
Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. – prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech’s ACD program
Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Shift:
Evenings

Salary Schedule:
Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employees

Hiring Range:
$17 per hour
