Paraprofessional-Special Ed - Full-time

Sweetwater Elementary School is currently taking applications for Paraprofessional This position follow the school calendar schedule.

 

Job Goals:

 

Help children develop to their fullest potential.

 

You will be required to use effective communication skills while working with both students and adults within the organizational setting. Be neat in appearance, reliable in work attendance and fulfill district professional growth requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency and successful completion of WorkKeys test (Districe will provide) or minimum of two years of college.
• Additional 20 hours of training in Special Ed within the school calendar year.  On-line training modules are supplied by DLPS and certificate will be applied for from the state when completed.
• Pass a state background check and fingerprint clearance card search.
