Handyman

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Handyman will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and small improvement projects for commercial clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance (painting, drywall patching, light carpentry, etc.)

• Handle minor and major installations (fixtures, shelves, doors, locks, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues

• Perform property upkeep tasks as assigned

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (flexible schedule, approximately 15–25 hours per week)

• Location: Staten Island, NY 

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
