Paraprofessional - Middle School - Part-time

 The Litchfield School District is seeking passionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team at Litchfield Middle School.  Litchfield Middle School serves students in grades 5-8.

A Paraprofessional will provide supports to students.  A paraprofessional may provide one on one or small group supports to students, support students in academic, social and behavioral development and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.  The ideal candidate will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, foster student growth, and contribute to the school community.

Salary:  Hourly rate based on education, certification and experience.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Positions:  5 vacant positions

Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED.  Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.  Strong communication, patience and organization skills.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
