Machine Operator - Manufacturing - Full-time

We are a Flexographic printing company, that has been located in the Hilliard Ohio area for over 47+ years.  We are looking for experienced machine operators, with a miniumum of two years experience in the maunfacturing or industrial setting. ** OPENINGS: 2nd SHIFT (2:45p to 11p, Mon.-Fri.) 

** STARTS AT $22 - $24/HR, BASED ON EXPERIENCE

**PERFORMANCE BASED PAY RAISES AND BONUS PROGRAM ELIGILBILITY AFTER FIRST 90 DAYS

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Several years (2+) of Machine Operating experience in the Manufacturing or Industrial setting.

*Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully.

*Excellent Attendance

*Good verbal and written communications skills.

*Good with Computer work and understanding Technology.

*Attention to detail with a high degree to accuracy.

*Effective Team Player 

WORKING CONDITIONS AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Operate various flexible packaging manufacturing machines. (Laminator, Slitter)

*Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 75 pounds.

*Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as the position dictates.

*Work in a Manufacturing environment.

*Must be able to distinguish and ensure product quality in a fast-paced production environment.

*Follow all machine safety guidelines and company policies.

*Follow all job and work instructions.

*Must be able to work overtime as needed.
