Schedule: This is a part-time role with flexibility on hours. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6-8 hours a day or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6-8 hours a day.

• Manage the parts including organizing and checking in parts.
• Pick up, load and deliver parts to customers within Albuquerque region as required.
• Familiarity with parts, part numbers, and part storage location
• Completion of vehicle maintenance check list
• Verification of parts delivery.
• Receive, stock, pull, and organize part shipments from suppliers
• Obtain returns/core transactions with proper placement in warehouse upon return
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork required
• Receive, stock, pull, and organize shipments
• Perform general housekeeping including cleaning-up and disposing of boxes, packing material, and pallets
• Assist Technicians with their parts inquiries and orders
• Answer phone calls and assist customers at the front counter as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle and meet driving qualifications.
• Will need to be able to drive a forklift. Certification for forklift is completed through the company.
• Drive around 20% of the time within Albuquerque region.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Some parts counter/warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Strong Organizational skills
• Hold basic math skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel.  
• Ability to work with and be proficient in several computer-based programs

The ability to work in an alert and safe manner is always required. Position includes stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing into trailer, ladder usage, lifting up to 50 pounds, use of provided ear protection in a sometimes in a noisy environment.  Steel toe safety boots are required to work in this position. A boot allowance is provided for safety shoes. The work environment is open to the outdoor environment.
