Job Summary

Position requires excellent customer service skills, legible handwriting, and basic math ability. Duties include handing out properly fitted and adjusted rental equipment (skis and snowboards), snow removal, providing resort information, and keeping a clean and safe work environment. Must be at least 16.

Days:

Varies, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours:

Varied, evenings as needed 

Core Responsibilities

•   Provide guests with properly sized boots (ski or snowboard)
•   Size skis and adjust bindings
•   Determine correct snowboard length and appropriate binding stance for guest
•   Provide guests with correctly sized ski poles
•   Sweep floors and assist with other general cleaning of Rental Shop
•   Remove snow from walkways around the Rental Shop and Ski Office
•   Perform repetitive adjustments and distribution of rental equipment
•   Other duties as assigned by management 

This position continues through our winter season only, mid-November through mid-March.
