💰 Pay: $28–$34/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do:

• Operate advanced drilling machinery safely and efficiently on various construction sites

• Conduct pre-operational inspections and monitor equipment performance

• Interpret and follow drilling plans and site layouts

• Record detailed data on drill progress and depth

• Participate in team meetings to align on project goals and problem-solve as needed

• Adhere to all company and regulatory safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience operating drilling equipment (construction or utility industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Clear communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions

• Physically fit and able to handle equipment and tasks in outdoor environments
