Production Team Member - Greensboro - Second Shift - Full-time

📍 Work Location: Greensboro, NC 

⏰Second Shift: Monday – Friday:  3PM – 11:30PM

About the Role

At Clearly Clean Products, our Production Team Members are the first step in delivering high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions. In this role, you’ll help ensure every tray that comes off the line meets our strict quality standards while keeping your work area clean, organized to ensure a safe working environment and running smoothly. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

As a Production Team Member, you’ll help create eco-friendly packaging that makes a real difference. You’ll keep things running smoothly on the production line, make sure every tray meets our quality standards, and keep your space safe and organized. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone who likes to stay busy while working with others.

What You’ll Do

• Perform regular quality checks on finished goods
• Follow PPE requirements - safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets/hearing protection
• Remove defective trays to keep production running efficiently.
• Use of non-motorized industrial equipment (training provided).
• Count, sort, and prep products for rework or storage
• Inspect pallets to ensure they meet our shipping requirements
• Complete daily operator reports and other required documentation
• Comply with safety practices and ensure work areas and equipment are always kept clean & free of hazards or contaminants.
