What You’ll Do

Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations using Juicekeys’ efficient systems
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food safety compliance
• Maintain labor and cost goals with real-time support from leadership
• Keep the store spotless and organized at all times

Team Leadership:

• Train, and develop a high-energy, service-driven team
• Build a fun, inclusive culture rooted in accountability and growth
• Create balanced schedules and foster open communication

Customer Experience:

• Lead from the floor—especially during peak hours
• Resolve issues quickly with empathy and professionalism
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every time

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and team-building skills
• A calm, confident leadership style with high attention to detail
• Passion for health, clean ingredients, and great service
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Local knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham community is a plus
